The Kensington Market was established to showcase the local talent and craftmanship that is alive and thriving in the Kensington and Flemington areas and surrounding precincts.  Held monthly at the well positioned and easily accessible Kensington Town Hall, the market provides artists with a wonderful platform to display their craft, perform and be an integral part of the artist and maker community.

Whilst meandering around the beautiful historical building, and carefully curated stalls is a lovely way to pass the time, this boutique market also offers the public the opportunity to engage with makers and learn about their craft. '
With an eclectic platform ranging from fresh produce, designer fashion, ceramics, textile craft and an array of visual creations, all encompassed in an environment filled with live music, we are sure that your visit will be an enjoyable one. 

The KM team are a group of volunteers, focussed on creating an ambient and relaxing space where talented folk can introduce the public to their wonderful wares, whilst providing a stress-free shopping experience.
